Caritas 2014

Today we had a lady called Kathryn come to speak to our school about Caritas.  Caritas is an organisation that raises money for people in need in different countries in the world.  They provide emergency resources for people who have been in natural disasters.  They provide education, resources and training for people so that they can help themselves.

This year, Caritas are supporting the people of the Solomon Islands.  We have a Lent appeal envelope in our class for anyone who would like to donate some spare change.
